A different kind of breakfast
Buy some Oscar Mayer Jalapeno cheese turkey lunch meat

for one serving take two slices and chop them up medium size. Take a handful of fresh mushrooms. Put a pat of butter in a frying pan (I like using a butter cutter for this)

On medium heat cook the mixture until mushrooms change color. Remember medium low heat...say 4 on an electric stove.

Next push the mushroom/meat mixture to one side of the pan. Then break two eggs in the pan like you were going to cook them sunny side. Once the eggs change color about 1/3 done, break the yolks wait a minute or so and flip the eggs for about 20 seconds. Scoop up everything and place it in a plate. Pour about a tsp of this stuff on the side for dippping.

No salt or pepper needed!! Chow down...zero carbs:cool:

Enlarged pic and the green in pan looks like green beans

I think the green bean picture is to demo the butter cutter

The stuff in the pan looks like sugar snap peas to me, and I agree that the picture is to show the butter cutter, not what's cookin'! :)
