I recently fed my family mock chicken fried rice using the riced cauliflower fried in EVOO,(I did add a packet of fried rice seasoning which added 12 carbs to the entire dish but it made 6 servings)....

Sweetner mixes

When mixing sweetners I have found that mixing xylitol, a little erythritol, liquid splenda and sweetperfection (oligofructose-0 net carbs) makes a good realistic sweetner.
