We actually have cottage or greek yogurt with either some PB or almonds, at night, before bed, to keep blood sugar level over night.

I dont know if my intense training has anything to do with what i can tolerate vs someone who isnt training as much?

My pharmacist (kroger) always gives me free kits. I just pay for refills OR he gives me a new kit because they get a ton of them.
