Activities are different too. Short, intense bursts are more likely to burn sugar. Long, lower intensity exercise is more likely to burn fat.
That is very interesting. I would love to know which I am - sugar/fat burner. I certainly seem to be "carb sensitive" if that makes sense. Was having all kinds of GI issues that I thought were related to dairy or eating too close to exercise. Now that I've cut the carbs, 0 issues with dairy/exercise.
