The old me would have cheated really bad, but sugar was always my problem, so apart from the odd natural sugar I am not eating ANY sugars. So the odd chip is enough for me hehehe.

I am old 48 hahaha and not as fat as I was before (13 stone)

My food cravings have all gone.
