As Charski says, hidden carbs abound. I've found so many items that I assumed were zero or VLC to actually have carbs. Especially processed foods.

For example some mini cocktail sausages at Xmas, I assumed they were zero (pork) but they turned out to be 2g each (and these were bite sized). Luckily I read the label and didn't purchase.

It's also important to calculate carefully. I had a couple of instances where I ate something because the carb count was expressed as 8 grams PER 100g and I didn't see the PER part !!

Hopefully, the loss will return soon. But if it doesn't, don't give up. Post your detailed menu on this thread for further feedback. It should work at induction stage!
