Hi Every one.
Looks like you are all doing good.
Today was my second DDand I was able to keep calaries at 125
I was even able to exerisce .Did weight machines{6 of them and on the leg press i did 120lbs but only 15 reps{1set and did another at 115lbs 15reps But went back to my 110 lbs . I also was able to do Sauna for 30 mins.
I did not eat till 5pm when we came home. plus I also walked 4 miles. So pretty good for a day that was really low cals.
Tomorrow I will weigh in.
and I can eat.ha
Over all I feel good.
