The thing that is most important is that you are still here. I can't remember how many times I started. It was demoralizing. But I kept coming back here and with the support and information here, was able to get my traction and haven't looked back. You can do this! Treat it like a part-time job until you feel 100%. Even then, make good habits (like planning ahead) and make them permanent. Looking forward to hearing of your successes.
