Good to see you back Kit! I struggled for literally years between 2003 and 2009 and ended up almost 50lbs. heavier than when I first started in 2000. Day 5 was my kryptonite. I just couldn't seem to get past that. I found my motivation in pics from a then recent event and was mortified. I kept those images and how I felt in my brain everytime I felt like giving up.

Somehow this worked and once on the 'other side'. I reasoned with myself. Truthfully, I started to feel so much better that the idea of going back to where I had been was not appealing.

Short of the long ~ it turned out to be way more than weight loss. You can do this. My main source of support was (and is) this forum.
