Wow Heather, you're doing incredible! Congrats on the great FBG number!

Julie~ sorry the scale is still being a bummer for you, but agree that it could be muscle developing and it's showing up on the scale. You're doing great, practicing patience is hard, but usually it pays off later.

Deb~ yeah, I don't weigh daily either because it's not like losing weight on the protocol. I'm weighing once a week as well (or try ), Saturday is better because I can sleep in later as well. So far, it's good and I'm satisfied.

Doing well overall, work is getting tougher with the seasons starting to change (in mental health field). I did yoga again to try to help relieve stress.
