OK Its a new day and Monday! Gonna run 4 miles maybe, not a long one. Back is a little stiff so don't want to aggravate it by too much pounding. Yesterday I tried to push the big recumbent stationary bike over and felt a twinge so don't want that seizing up before the big run which is in coming up soon! The bike is back up out of the basement in case the weather goes crappy soon cause I gotta get exercise the next two weeks before leaving!! I haven't lost anything, it seems I'm barely keeping my head above water and maintaining. I keep trying but then something comes up. Went out last night, only had salad bar and no alcohol (even tho it was $! off draft night!!) but still I'm holding the weight high. I know salad bars can sneak up on you and I did eat quite a bit (shame...)
