Stacy - drink L-O-T-S of water!! It will fill you up and sometimes though you think you are hungry, what you really are is thirsty! You don't have to do their shakes and bars....you can do real foods and count calories. (scrambled eggs, bacon, hamburger patty, chicken breast etc. )
