Carly - no, thankfully I do not have much to lose. I can already tell that my clothes are fitting better and I feel like I look better - half of it is confidence, right

LoCarbGal - I really appreciate your advice. I like the thought that the DD feeling is burning fat and calories. I just will have to get in that mindset. As for the water retention and "more...ahem...stuff," ---hilarious!! Thanks.
