Kevin, I'm curious about your choice of sour cream in this recipe and your choice to use it instead of the more usual impossible pie mix with eggs. Does sour cream give it a crispier texture? Was it a taste thing? Was it the only thing you had in the fridge?

(BTW, this pie looks wonderful.)
