Today is my Day 1 and I'm having my evening craving. My husband is drinking a beer and watching football. I am drinking a seltzer water. I'm going to keep drinking water until 8:00 p.m., then make tea and go to my bedroom to start re-reading The
Dukan Diet book.
I took all of the unopened wine bottles from the refrigerator and put them on the wine rack. Since I prefer my wine chilled, I'm less likely to open them at room temperature. I also have two bottles of Hard Cider left. Hopefully my husband will drink them up so they won't be there to tempt me for long.
I'm restarting my workout routine, so hopefully a few evening workouts will help keep my mind off of wanting alcohol. I hope to go two months!
