Its ok to eat Jeanie!! As long as you're really hungry and not just craving hot sauce or mustard. lololol Especially this early on. Eat til satisfied....your appetite will mellow out.

This diet is the only way I can tell if Im really hungry. Does a plate a chicken sound good to me right now? mmmmm yup, Im hungry.. Does it sound AWFUL.... not hungry.

You might have to insert another protein in that riddle. lololol
