May I ask... I know there are calculators for estimating how many calories we burn during exercise, but is there a way to measure (if even possible to apply this) the number of carbs? If that even makes sense. What I'm getting at is could there be a "net 0" carb diet where the low carb intake is offset by the exercise so that the net result = 0? Sorry if that has been addressed before, I'm new
