I made these last night...made two 1/2 batches, actually!

The first half-batch I made with cheddar, asiago and parmesean/romano. Delish...tasted like cheese-its, but better....but I ate the whole batch...bad girl!!!

The second half-batch I made with Mozzerella and italian cheese. When I cut them up to put back into the oven, I sprinkled some onion powder on top of them, and the when I flipped them over I sprinkled some more. Delicious when I got them out of the oven, but I put them in a paper bag and let them sit overnight, and today they were kind of stale.

Could you put these back in the oven to crisp them up again, do you think? They were so good the first night, but definitely needed some crisping the second day.

Just thought I'd ask. Other than the stale next-day thing, these were delicious and a nice easy recipe!!!
