Hey Kevin - Happy late B-Day, by the way!

I had a question. Have you ever made a half batch and stored 1/2 of it? One half batch has a few too many calories for me to eat in one sitting, and I really want to eat them all when I make them!!!

So I thought if I make a half-batch and then save half of the "dough" it may be good for portion control

Let me know what you think!
