One more thought here. "I had to", "I wanted it", "I deserved it", "I needed it". WHY???

Think about the difference between real hunger and a craving. Food can act just like a drug can. You can be addicted to food, and crave it the same way. THIS is the change that has to occur, you must learn to think of food as fuel for your body. Food is not there to comfort you, to reward you, to make you feel better. Just exactly how did you put the weight on to begin with? Once you have cleansed your body of the "bad stuff", you will find it easier to get on with the program. If you determine that you need to cheat, getting on and being successful with the program is simply not going to happen. Sorry, but I am being truthful.
