I’ve used all kinds of different sweeteners from saccharine to Splenda to coconut sugar xylitol erythritol monk fruit all of it!! I prefer Splenda xylitol is my fave, and monk fruit is pretty good too but can be expensive. I’m super sensitive to sugar period. It sucks but I’ve got to just deal with it. The Atkins bars don’t seem to bother me or cause cravings. If I have a tiny bit of sugar then I go overboard so I cannot have real sugar. After reading this post I’m probably gonna switch to sweet n low. Not my favorite but I do still want to do some research on it too.
