Hi. I'm 53 yrs and my doc told me I was prediabetic a few years back. Was told to eat right and exercise, but wasn't prescribed any meds for that. So I let my health and eating habits slide. Gained 60 pounds over the years. I'm due for getting my blood work done, so will get that done this coming week. Any suggestions? Have been cutting back on bad carbs and junk food... lost about 3 pounds this past week. Yeah!
