icandoit, E.W. 's right and I agree. Incidentally, cholesterol meds really only lower LDL and do very little else when the real problem is high trigs and low HDL.

Emerald, OK, I won't say the E word. BTW forget about that baloney about those magic potions. Ex-lax will probably get you better results.
Gym memberships are so inexpensive it's inexcusable not to have one, similar to someone not having a public library card.
