Hi everyone, long time lurker here, and I'm just starting. Weighing in at 188.8 today. Grrrr. I'm officially starting Stillman's tomorrow and I'm going to eat only chicken breast for 2 weeks, or as long as I can!!!! Once in a while I might have scrambled eggs or turkey burgers. I'm doing an experiment to see if I can actually lose weight on Stills, or if my thyroid is totally screwed up.

I wasn't perfect today. I had a can of tuna with mustard, 2 hot dogs, 2 slices of deli turkey, a chicken breast (cut in 2 and ate at 2 different meals), a small salad, and a leftover potato from thanksgiving. I also got a bloody nose. yippee.
