Hello Ladies, I enjoyed reading through this thread. I hope this message finds you all well. Torn ligaments, sore hips, first dates in years..Lots of news, and I enjoyed reading
I want to do 2 weeks of very strict Stillman's, starting tomorrow.
I do One meal a day for weight loss typically, but would really like some quick weight loss.
A friend in real life did a version of Stillman's (don't think she knew thats what it is called, but I recognized that is what she did) and combined with 10 hours of exercise each week dropped 40 pounds in July.

So if I am understanding correctly:
Lean meat - chicken, fish, lean ground beef
lean cheese - cottage cheese
Eggs - unlimited
Spices, water...
No carbs, low fat...

Any tips, pointers? Easy recipes
