Pick up and dust off. Just take it day by day. It doesn't have to be all about monthly weight. Try and just make a few good choices and get back onto a plan. It's not all or nothing.

I must be a rubber ball as much as my weight bounces around. I'm weigh the same now as I did when I started the month. But I'm on a plan and it'll come off if not right now within the next few weeks or so. (I not so secretly hoping now or rather the next few days)

Carbs are very hard to stop once we've giving in to them. Just know if you can just get past two days the third day is so much easier.
