You guys are way ahead of me on exercise. I have very good intentions, but they just don't come to pass. I have no excuse. Well, I have them, but they aren't acceptable IMO.

The soreness is usually a sign to me that I was productive, as long as it doesn't keep me awake or have me limping around. LOL Hurts so good!

Up half a pound this morning. I don't like to see ups, only downs, but I realize I won't know if I'm successful unless I get on the scale. Maybe when I start to lose more I will notice changes in my clothes or measurements, but for right now, I only have the scale as a judge, or when my rings spin on my fingers. If I don't see results on the scale, then I know I have to make a change somewhere.
