Anytime...I said that Yves Ground doesn't freeze well after you make it into a meal, but it does okay for faux meatloaf and meatballs. I made a few casseroles and they didn't work out...or maybe its just me, but they tasted different. The flavor just doesn't hold up in lasagna or spaghetti either.
