2 months on JUDDD

Today is my 2 month JUDDDiversary. I wanted to share my experience so far.

I started at 155
Current weight 143. I've lost 12 lbs. on JUDDD

Last month I reported I was doing UD, DD, MD. I am no longer doing that. I really didn't feel like it sped up the losses that much. And to have to do that extra day of low calories felt too restrictive. I have been very happy with the UD, DD results. So I've been sticking with that this month.

I am still eating whatever I want on UD. I keep my calories between 2000-2500. And eat pizza, pasta, desserts, chips, bread. So far I haven't seen any ill effects from that so I will keep at it 😊

One thing I do watch on UD is when I stop eating. I will try to stop at 7 pm and go to bed a tad hungry. This has really helped with the bounce in the morning.

I am truly amazed I have made it this far. I am at an all time low weight for my adult life. I am getting comments from people that notice the difference. I have had to buy all new bottoms. My tops are getting larger but I lose it slower on top.

I hope this can help someone to stick with it! JUDDD is great!

Well Done for the 2 months and for the inspiration for others to stick with it.

Plus - for the scale changes and all time adult low

That is so fantastic! You're motivation for me. I restarted JUDDD two weeks ago and I'm really looking forward to 2 months from now to see the losses.

Wow, good for you! My amount to lose is similar to yours, so I'm glad to see you get such dramatic results. After 6 weeks, is it pretty easy to follow? I just started a few days ago on JUDDD.

I was used to fasting for 36 hours at a time for maintenance. So I didn't find it too difficult to get used to. I LOVE that I only have to get through one day, and the next day I can eat! That is my mantra. "I can have it tomorrow". Seeing the results has really helped keep me motivated, so I weigh daily.

I wish you the best of luck. I never thought I'd be at 142, it's crazy!

Can you tell me the structure of your DDs, and what you eat? I mean, do you have 3 small meals, or save it for later in the day? And what some of your DD "go-to" foods are.

Thanks, you're inspiring a newbie!

I am not a big breakfast water, so I skip that. I try to go with no food until about 6-7 pm. Then I will eat caeser salad with chicken, or a cup of chili, bean burrito on low carb tortilla, 2 eggs on toast, chicken fajitas on low carb tortilla.

If I do get hungry around 2 or 3. I will usually have a can of soup for about 225 calories, then maybe a smaller version of the above foods for supper.

I drink coffee, lots of water, tea and usually one diet drink on DD

That is so phenomenal! You should be so proud of yourself. This way of eating is a total lifesaver. It's so easy to say "I'll have it tomorrow". I only started a couple of months ahead of you and have already lost 30 pounds! I've never had such a pain free weight loss :-). Keep it up!
