I learned a new trick- good for DDs

So, maybe everyone already knows how to do this, but I just did it for the first time today: Hard boiling liquid egg whites.

I used a deep sauce pot and brought the water to a boil.
I placed a ceramic coffee mug into the boiling water and
Poured half a cup of liquid egg whites into the mug.
I let it boil for about 20 minutes.

I made egg salad for DW and I for our next 2 DDs with 1 real egg and half a cup of boiled liquid egg whites.

Do you have any neat DD tricks?

I thought the microwave would make them fluffy or "scramble" like. This came out the exact consistency of hard boiled egg whites.

Egg whites in a mug were a staple of my DDs for two years. I did them in the microwave. I would sometimes add a couple of tiny salad shrimp as a 'luxury item.'

She had stopped for a bit, but restarted after we came home from Florida... time will tell...

For DDs I use a tablespoon per 2 eggs of Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado salad dressing and a teaspoon of Hidden Valley Ranch mix (dry powder). It has a ton of yummy flavor this way.
