December Exercise Outlook -- Boston leg: a bit of walking. Florida leg: tennis (M, W, F) and biking.

12/4: Brisk walk, 2 miles.
12/8: Brisk walk, 2 miles.
12/19: 2 h 45 min tennis (ahhhhh) + rode bike the mile to and from as my car has a flat tire.
12/20: 50 minute bike ride--pushed it the whole time, enjoying the energy. What a difference from last winter!

12/20: 50 minute bike ride--pushed it the whole time, enjoying the energy. What a difference from last winter!

12/21: 2.5 h tennis. Joints and muscles were fine, but had a bit of a return of my breathing issue--which I'm ignoring because I'm powering through a miserable cold, so breathing is by definition somewhat compromised.

12/19: 2 h 45 min tennis (ahhhhh) + rode bike the mile to and from as my car has a flat tire.
12/20: 50 minute bike ride--pushed it the whole time, enjoying the energy. What a difference from last winter!
12/21: 2.5 h tennis. Joints and muscles were fine, but had a bit of a return of my breathing issue--which I'm ignoring because I'm powering through a miserable cold, so breathing is by definition somewhat compromised.
12/23: 2 h tennis.
12/24: .5 h biking
12/25: 70 min cardio bike ride
12/26: 2 h tennis. Much more running today, as the the fast-twitch fibers start to multiply.

12/4: Brisk walk, 2 miles.
12/8: Brisk walk, 2 miles.
12/19: 2 h 45 min tennis (ahhhhh) + rode bike the mile to and from as my car has a flat tire.
12/20: 50 minute bike ride--pushed it the whole time, enjoying the energy. What a difference from last winter!
12/21: 2.5 h tennis. Joints and muscles were fine, but had a bit of a return of my breathing issue--which I'm ignoring because I'm powering through a miserable cold, so breathing is by definition somewhat compromised.
12/23: 2 h tennis.
12/24: .5 h biking
12/25: 70 min cardio bike ride
12/26: 2 h tennis. Much more running today, as the the fast-twitch fibers start to multiply.
12/27: 50 min biking. Took it easy today, as I was feeling the effects of yesterday's running around. Biking really took the kinks out; felt much better after.
12/28: 2.5 h tennis. Starting to get my legs. Played pretty well too, which is exhilarating. No stiffness after--but then I took an Aleve before playing.
12/30: 2 h very tame tennis. Hard to find the desire for activity when it's 42 degrees F and a cold north wind is blasting in your face at 20 MPH.
