Enjoy your trip, Deb!

I made a roast this past Sunday.

Tonight is pancakes for Shrove Tuesday (Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras). I'm making chocolate pancakes for the kids, but I'll make my own for just me.

Scale is being slow, but not going up, so I'll take it.

Cold and rainy here. Yuck!

Hi!
Yea for the trip Deb, boo for the phone
Hope everything else goes perfect now till Friday of you

We made ribs for dinner, they are in the oven now
sugar-free rub, an experiment

Beautiful sunny day, 41 degrees for now. Went for a walk, the wind has a bite in it yet, spring is not in the air
We could use some rain, please send it to Kansas

Scale has been up and down as usual, staying on program, sometimes Im not sure why

And tonight, I ran some thru food processor, and made Beef-Salad mix for toast and supper.

Like Tuna salad, only beef. Tastes good....

Karen-my MIL used to make a beef spread with leftover roast, miracle whip (had to use miracle whip!), a little sweet pickle, a little sweet pickle juice, and cheddar cheese. Man was that stuff good!

Sorry to hear about your phone, Deb.

DS16 is sick. Hopefully he can fight it off and isn't sick for long. FIL has the flu

I made the family steak bites, cheesy creamed spinach, and noodles with homemade Alfredo sauce.

I had rice with some lentil sloppy joe stuff on top. It was quite good!

Have a wonderful trip, Deb!

Karen-my DH likes MW too, but I don't buy it because he can't eat bread (gluten issue). His favorite thing to eat used to be two pieces of white bread, with MW and cheese.

Scale was nice to me this morning! I fully expected it to be up. I'm still in shock. lol!

Hope y'all have a great day!
