Don't know how regular I'll be posting here, but did sign up for the challenge on my other Forum so will just copy and post results here too. Not doing as much weights this month since I accomplished building muscle last month so will just do once a week.

On my other Forum we just set a monthly minute Goal of exercise. I wanted to set 800 minutes, but did 600 minutes so sense of accomplishment rather than failure at Goal.

Doing better on consistency than I expected by mainly doing Hittleman's Yoga plan of diffferent set everyday with no skips. So far so good.

I was so surprised during Set 3 because I was able to do the Shoulder Stand and Plough for the first time since getting back to Yoga.

Will stick with the Yoga, but would like to increase the 5 Minute Walks which I haven't done do far. They're 500 steps each which is good for me as I'm not that active. No job nor kids to chase around.
