Still here. I mostly read.
I'm doing good and still heading to my last goal>110 lbs{Maybe 1o5?
But 110 first.
I was doing juddd and I liked it and it worked for me.{Got me from128-Now 118.5
I went off now for 2-3 weeks of Not doing > )0cal>. Dd. butwatching cals>0f 1,200 .But last 3 days doing and keeping under900 cals for the remaining> month. Then on 1st{May see what I weigh and restart Judd and do those dds.O cals.
Still walking.4-6- 8 miles. Then as weather gets nice to walk outside on my off days from y and do another 3 miles.
Good to see Heidi .that you are doing ok and still at it.
It is hard and you have to make it a life time of how you eat and yes>cals, protions and less slips make it work.
You just have to want it and keep going. Yes we all fall off. but how many times?That is the Q.?
Good job every one.
The one thing that I have problem with and that is diet pop.

Hi Janet, 118, good for you! Glad you found something that works for you. I'd like to cut out the diet pop too now that they've linked it to dementia and stroke, but nothing seems to fill its place. Keep up all the good work and the walking. Got any trips planned for this summer?

I quit all kinds of soda pop in 2000. Haven't had one since Jan 2, 2000, so it's been 17 years. It was the only New Years Resolution I've ever really kept.

I think one now and again wouldn't hurt your body, but I was totally addicted. Diet Dr Pepper was my Achilles Heel. But it's been a long time and I don't miss it a bit.
