I got my wife an electric citrus juicer. We both use it daily. It's a Gourmia.

Got me a Philips Air Fryer. Oh the wings are soooooooooooooo crispy!
That's the reason I bought it. I also just received my Phillips cook book.
Also got a Lodge big old Dutch oven to bake my sour dough bread in. (I know,
I know, shame on me) but I am maintaining. I want to loose 10 lbs. this year,
but not right now. I'm facing an operation on my veins so I'm gonna baby
myself a little. Remember I am 85 as of Feb. 16. According to most doctors,
I've outlived myself by 10 years.

Trader Joe's jumbo eggs are $2 bucks a dozen but the eggs are so huge,
it's like getting 2 dozen. Many double yolkers. That makes me smile!

I just made delicious chile con carne in my Instant Pot in 30 min.
It was so thick and yummy, we made a big taco salad with it topped
with sour cream and Mexican cheeses, oh and big old avocado slices.

I have my 30 year old original DLC 7 original Cuisinart, with a bazillion disks and attachments, my new smaller Cuisinart Pro Classic, that I bought for daily use so the old one will last forever when I need one of the special disks or attachements. I have a Cuisinart mini 2 cup, and the little food processor attachment that came on my Braun stick blender. And I use them all. LOL.

I love my soda stream. Don't make soda but I love sparkling water. In summer I drink it with lemon, lime, or other flavors using true lemon, true lime, or my favorite true grapefruit.

We make shakes all summer with ours. Some zero carb protein powder, almond milk, a little cream, sweetener, and the "flavor of the day" and lots of ice. Hits the spot when it is well over 110 degrees outside! Our favorite is chocolate made with Hershey's special dark cocoa powder.

It is so big I can make two big shakes that completely fill two one quart insulated mugs.

I got a couple of cast iron pots, a 6qt in pumpkin and a 2qt white. I had bought myself a 3 qt Cuisinart and let me tell you, a perfect size for 2 people, to have leftovers but not too many leftovers. Love my 5 qt but when I'm making stuff in it, I tend to go by how much room I have. So the 3 qt limits me and is perfect. The 2 qt I rec'd works real well for 2 but you do have to think so as not to overfill it. But also a great size for 2. I love the Martha Stewart brand that Macy's sells.

Oh, and the Ikea Tekla kitchen towels, the ones w/ the red stripe.............rec'd 100 of'em for Christmas. Yes, I asked for'em, love, love
those towels and the nearest Ikea is a 2 hr drive, love a good kitchen towel.
