I've been getting 6 + hours for the past two nights. I think I'm going to start trying for 7 instead of 8. I think I might feel more alert.

I had less than 2000 steps yesterday I left my fitbit charging when I went to church and then had a day of rest! Saturday I had 5511 Saturday puttering around the house and 6076 Friday.

I have been using the ABDOER 360 almost every day and that's record exercise for me!

About 12,000 steps yesterday because of WATP 3 mile video. Today was Callanetics so my steps are officially 7,288 as of this moment and three flights of stairs. WATP tomorrow morning.

I didn't get a chance to do WATP this weekend. Did Callanetics this morning so it's WATP and upper body strength tomorrow morning.

I picked up a 5 gallon bucket of pecans yesterday. Have done nothing today. Just a good day of rest!

Wish we had pecans! Don't grow up here.......

Doing horse chores this weekend, so 20 minutes morning and night. New fillies are doing amazing.

The men are working on getting the soybeans harvested today. That is a major step in fall work around here. Then corn....then weaning calves.

That sounds like a lot of farm work going on. It's such a wonderful way of life, isn't it? I work full time in accounting but we have a poultry farm and cows. My husband stays busy with all of that kind of "stuff" too! One day I want to retire and stay home and help him. I mostly work for insurance and income tax.

I have such respect for agriculture and all the animals that go along with the hard work! I think it takes a special person to toil and rely on the elements to make a living.

I am cpa, and have 2 of my kids working with me. I spent 25 years working out of home office, so I was available to go out and help with the farming.
I love farming, but the accounting practice pays better..........

DD is a lot like me, and prefers helping outside. So she gets split detail between farming and accounting work.

Our favorite phrase is "We don't go to Casinos. Farming is all the gambling we can afford......." But it is a good place to raise a family. I wouldn't trade my kids for lots of others around.

Trying something new today...one mile WATP followed by 30 minutes of Callanetics and finished up with 10 minutes of upper body with Denise Austin. All done before 6:00 this morning. 8,549 steps, too.

Tomorrow I will just do the three mile WATP and that's it. Still trying to find a routine that I can stick to.

iakaren your 20 minutes of chores probably expends a lot of calories! The walking was good, too. I need to get out and walk some now that the weather is cooler. The WATP videos are great, but I need to breathe some fresh air.

I see the Astros won the Series - did your team win? I'm a Yankees fan myself and did not watch the games.

Bronwyn...... How do you do it?! I would die if I did a 3 mile WATP!! Good for you!!!

Karen......I watched the world series through my sister. she loves baseball! I got the really good highlights, like the proposal in the midst of the celebration! LOL

I had 5169 steps yesterday, more really, because I had my fitbit on charge all morning.

I hope y'all have a great weekend! It is supposed to be beautiful weather here this weekend. Personally, 80 is a tad too warm but I'll take it! I have a wedding at 2:00 tomorrow that will totally interrupt my day but it's one of those "have to's".

Leisha, it took a while, starting from the one mile and increased every couple of weeks. I don't incorporate hand weights because I do Denise Austin for that. It takes about 45 minutes and is about 5700+/- steps, which is the same as a total on my lazy days! Some days are sweatier than others but I feel much better afterwards. I'm sure you could do it, too!

The weather here in NC sounds like yours in AL and attended a wedding a month ago, so I know how you feel!
