L= 3 Egg Scramble with Herbs (Basil, Dill ,Chives) 3 Strips of SF Bacon and One Cup of Regular Coffee With One Tbsp. HWC

D= One 6oz. Flounder Fillet with One Cup of Dandelion Greens/ Chai Tea in the Evening.

Had 2 eggs and experimented making zucchini fritters for a late breakfast

Nothing since then but thought I might make buffalo wings...that's suddenly looking like too much work now though...stay tuned
