EXERCISE WEEK, APRIL 16 - APRIL 22
Should be better week here at the house, son changed out bikes for me, moved the recumbent bike into the tv room, plugged in, and ready. We can all use that one, hopefully.
Let's have a good, nay, a great week after the Easter over abundance is done with!

Recumbent bike time half an hour and that's that.....not bad considering all the stuff going on around here. New to me stuff, that is.
