Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap - super low-calorie
Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
2oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (raw weight)
1T real bacon bits (packaged ok or about 1/2 slice cooked and crumbled)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 a small tomato, diced
salt and pepper
1T fat free greek yogurt (or f/f sour cream)
1/2tsp powdered ranch dressing mix
1 flatout light bread wrap
Mix the yogurt, water and ranch powder and set aside.
Toss the lettuce and tomato with a little salt and pepper and set aside.
Season the chicken with a little salt and pepper and cook:
simmer in a little water, then shred OR slice very thinly and saute in a non-stick skillet with a spritz of cooking spray until cooked through.
When ready to assemble:
Toss the veggies with 1/2 the ranch mix and layer on 1/2 of the bread.
Sprinkle on the bacon bits, then the cooked chicken, topped with the remaining dressing.
Fold or roll and enjoy.
Total: 224 cals; 23g carbs; 11g fat; 28g protein; 7g fat
For 20 more calories, sprinkle on 1T shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
**For an additional kick, add a few drops of tabasco to the yogurt dressing.
