Make your own herbal tea.

Herbal teas can be very healing. I started buying the herbs and plopping them in a tea ball.

Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root are good for tummy/intestinal issues. Very
soothing.

Susun Weed is an expert herbalist and has a podcast and a website where she gives lots of help to ailments.

She does herbal infusions, but I haven't gotten into those.

I want to start doing this. I buy organic tea bags with herbs for specific conditions (like liver cleansing) but it's probably much cheaper to invest in the loose herbs and blend them myself. I'll check out Susun's podcast. Thanks

I made some comfrey tea out of the leaf. It is quite tasty. Good for your bladder.
