WOE: ADF mostly Paleo
Pumpkin Spice Latte

6oz strong coffee
2T pumpkin puree
1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice or a blend you like (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc)
6oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, heated and frothed*
1/4tsp vanilla
few drops maple extract (don't leave this out!)
sweetener to taste

Brew coffee and add everything except the almond milk
Froth the milk and pour 1/2 over the coffee, stir then gently pour the rest and the foam on top.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.

* you can also add it all to a blender and blend until frothy.

The blender does work the best to get the pumpkin really suspended in it
