Extremely COLD!

Today was my first day of Keto diet and my body is extremely cold and I have no energy. I ate boiled eggs, an avocado, and macadamia nuts. Am I already having a Keto flu? It's only my Day 1. I had to wear a sweat shirt and a jacket over it inside the house and was still cold.
What are your experiences on first day? Do I need to eat more high fat foods? I am just wondering why my body is so cold no matter how many layers of clothes I put on. I wonder my thyroid is working properly.
Share your experience.

When I'm low on carbs, calories or fat, I do tend to feel cold. Are you sure your eating enough? I drink warm water or tea to warm up.
I get a fresh start everyday. You do too.
