September 2016 Callanetics thread?

I remember back in the day there use to be a monthly thread where people would post about their workouts, how many hours they promise to do and how many they have done.

Well I don't see one so Im' going to START! YAY lol

I promise to do 10 hours for September, and I have done 2 out of 10 hours so far...

Hey Queen Bacon

I'm taking a break from the full Callanetics program for awhile. I need more strength/cardio at the moment. So, I'm planning on doing the hip & behind exercises 3x a week. I did one session of the first 4 hip & behind exercises from SuperC today and I did a full session last week.

Hi Ladies! My goal is 20 hrs of 10/10 for Sept. I finished hour 5 today and am feeling strong, tall, and long.

I did the workout from the book though, didn't really feel like doing the DVD

Nice work QB! Did you end up doing two workouts the other day? I've never done that, but I feel so amazing from an hour of Callanetics, I've actually wanted to!

Today I did #7 of 20 for the month Right on track and it feels so good!

Today, I'm doing my 15th session. I'm doing Super C but haven't made it through the entire video yet. Usually I do the first thirty minutes or so and tack on the pelvic swoop and the other pelvic exercise at the end. Some days I kick in about ten push-ups. I'm seeing great improvements in my strength and my clothes are fitting differently. I haven't really seen the scale move but I'm seeing small figure improvements and strength improvements. It's enough to keep going! Also, I feel more centered and grounded when I do my "stretches"- lol.
