Hi everyone !
Not so hungry today. I discovered that eating one meal of eggs poached , sausage and coffees does the trick let's see what the scale thinks .. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, see where I'm at .. I really wished I didn't have to go to these parties so much cookies and cakes and my weakness wine .. I can't wait to be on track and no more wondering how I am going to handle these things ..
I am stressing , I'm insecure and I'm scared because it's very easy for me to fall back into old habits.
I'm the woman who likes to nibble while I cook , licks the spoon who cares about salmonella! Goes back for seconds , thirds why not ? It took me years to break those habits and I have and I'm scared I will be unable to control myself , feel full and walk away from seconds ..

I read through my journal here and I thinking I'm fine with going off plan, oh, just enjoy yourself then nope I stress

I honestly can't wait for this all to pass and get down with y'all on the scale ! * apologies for my rant *

Today is the 6th day and I want stuff not on plan. I had lots of chicken today and water and tea. I'll see if I'm still this way tomorrow or not. I told myself I was going to give myself a week because I can't stay on this long term. Im going to drink more water and see if that helps!

My mom bought me a cruise vacation so I'm going to have to hit that mini goal or modify it. Honestly I want to hit it so I'm not changing anything until I have to even of if it means paying extra to expedite the process later. I have a few months though so I'm fully determined. I told her it's my next big goal but I think she missed the word big and just heard goal. Anyways down to 191.2 this morning and TOM is still here so hoping that maybe another pound or two will leave when he does. So right now that puts me and needing to shed 31.2 pounds in a few months to hit the original tier.

Well I'm still 191.2. Won't be seeing losses daily and I know that. TOM is still here unfortunately. Sticking around longer than normal which I'm not happy about. Hoping the scale at least drops a little bit more as it leaves. Changed my reward tiers still aiming for the 160 tier which was the passport.trying to be realistic with the goal since I have a deadline.

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone is enjoying their day!

I will be joining you again on the 27th! I just have to make it through all the dinners first!

I had more or less maintained my loses but I was just at an all inclusive for a week eating non stop and am now back and there are a bunch of xmas dinners so I think by the 27 I will be up but I will worry about it when I restart!

Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays but time to dust ourselves off and get right back on track.

I did pretty well. Went for a plain sweet potato instead of a fully loaded baked potato. Had eggs at brunch with lots of bacon and low carb pancakes. Dinner was steak and a salad with only 1 roll which I could easily eat like 5 so glad I was able to not be terrible.i filled up on the veggie tray and bacon wrapped veggies while waiting for dinner so I think that helped. I had 1 shortbread cookie and no other desserts. So it definitely could have been worse.i worked out Christmas eve, but then skipped the last 2 days so I'm heading back to the gym today.up a pound so not bad for Christmas. Have a program I'm starting on the 2nd through my gym. So excited for that.

You did so well! I like your idea of posting what you will do when you hit goal! That is probably less of a stress on you then setting date goals.

I have not weighed yet, I am a little scared to after all the eating I have done the last 2 weeks.

Are you still dig dukan or fully on stills? I am doing high fat with some veg this week so maybe like Atkins? But plan to do stills the fast loses are what I need right now! I like dukan but I don't know if I would be strict with it right now.

Hey Mar! I'm actually following Keto right now but plan to drop the fat when ketosis kicks in. If it happens that I have great losses with Keto then I will of course stick with high fat... Without doubt I'll do Stills at some point though... Dukan is far easier than Stillmans IMO but I hear you... Don't think I could go straight into it right now either. I've just ordered a Fit bit Surge and the Fitbit Aria scale! Super excited and it's just what I need to keep me motivated. It will be here by Saturday, possibly tomorrow.

Hi everyone !
Just checking in.. TOM has arrived and I am making my on plan first meal of the new year on January 7th 2017 . I am doing lil Christmas on the 6th and the following day everything Christmas comes down and hopefully my weight too! woo hoo !

I love having a fitbit its very motivating! But I have had a dog eat my last 2 so now I don't want to buy one, thats a very expensive chew toy haha. Sometimes Dogs ate jerks lol

I can't believe its already 2017 where did 2016 go!?

I will be starting stills on The 2nd because we have our last dinner tomorrow. I have been trying to eat smaller meals and more low carb choices and its harder than I thought it would be.

I will be starting tomorrow for new years. Aiming for two weeks then doing low/no carb up down calorie cycling. (juddd) I am planning for a healthier year and finally getting my weight off.

Happy New Year !

I am glad to see some familiar avatars !! I am gradually moving myself in the low carb direction starting tomorrow first to go will be sugar .. We usually do a brunch with close friends on the 2nd and it's always an egg and hash brown casserole with cheese and sausage and bisquits however, no sugar in my coffee it's a start right ?
Hopefully after the 6th and keeping my fingers crossed it should be easy to get over my light and sweet mornings of coffees and teas ..

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and now it's time for business, dieting business and it is difficult and I find it comforting though to know I am not alone on this weightloss misson.

My goal this year is to reach 140 lbs and I would like to reach it this year no set date just sometime this year and keep it off no gain backs lol
Last year I reached 145lbs and gained what I lost back and that needs to change .
