Took some out of town guests out touring and I enjoyed some off plan foods. Definitely not a lot of calories in terms of quantity but very high carb.

Just checking in folks. I see some of you are losing and some maintaining. Good job. I haven't weighed in. No scale. But I am taking in all of the compliments like you lost weight you lost some more weight. Wow you look good. How are you doing it.... and I bought a few items 12-14 no 18-20 sloppy big. So I will take it!

I haven't been eating too much. I probably gained about 3lbs though. Cause I know my body we will see. 2017 at some point full focus on losing 15-20lbs.Bring me into Onederland.

Total blow out yesterday. Can't bare to weigh today but will be 100% back on plan. Company is gone. Stress is gone. DH and I are off the rest of the week and don't plan to do anything but relax (and I'll be cooking and eating healthy and exercising).

Bloodhound you are killing it. Way to go!

Terri - nice wooshes! Great rewards for getting back on plan.

DAY ONE! I'm very very excited!
Back on track today. I was WAITING to do this and so very ready! New Year's is not a big deal around her for us so that won't affect me.
Fasting today until dinner. My niece and nephew are coming over so I will be making a taco bar for them. Taco salad for me. Its one of my favorite meals.
Iced Tea only until then.

I need to find some small sized vitamins. I used to get Walgreens brand but they don't make them tiny anymore. Ideas? I'd like to do gummies but they have alot of sugar

2017 here I come!

I for 1 ,looking for a less me and healthier.
And we all must stop>Regaining those lbs.[Just becausefood , and parites and life is out there, there are choices .
Leave the old thoughts of 2016and saying to self that I will get back on track. We should always be on track and leave bad carbs alone.What does cakes,ect. really do then up that scale.And we wonder Why?
I for 1{Im going to try and redo thinking and get this to be a good coming year. Why keep falling back?
It is easier to be unhealthy and fat , then it is to be healthy and less weight.
It is hard.
But do we want it? Yes, I do and i will.
Weigh in Jan and restart.

I did not have even one bite of Christmas candy or cookies or stuffing and it's paid off. Yay! Thanksgiving was another story... I can't wait to see what January brings.

Yep - still a food addict here. Gave myself an inch and went off the deep end here the last few days after a fairly strict month. Starting fresh tomorrow and not looking back. On plan so far today but not sure what tonight will bring. I still haven't weighed but feeling a lot of water bloat.

Got to 213 lb and just got stucked! Had knee injury had to chill out. Heat got too hot to perform preferred exercise riding bike outdoors.

Goal for 2016 drop at least 45lbs
Lost 30 lbs of desired goal of 45lbs.
Not bad. Shucks I lose slowly. 30 lbs ain't bad. Went down from size 18-20 to 12-14.
