100 carbs a day (25 every 4 hours)

Is anyone else doing this? My parents lost a lot on this and were able to maintain. I was having between 60 and 70 carbs for a few days and lost some weight and then switched BACK to Intermittent Fasting (which helped me lose a good deal and feel good last spring) because my energy levels were really low and I was returning to work. I did experience the fat adaptation stage (Keto-advocated) and that felt good, but I think 100 is more DO-ABLE long-term (for me). I am going to continue doing Intermittent Fasting; it has numerous benefits! Thanks!
