Back again!

Hi group! Don't know if any of you remember me, but I've been a member for about 10 or 12 years. Lost a lot and gained a lot over those years.

My highest ever was 448lbs in 2012. I was diagnosed with Cancer in 3/12 and lost about 45lbs due to Chemo. Went into remission in 10/12. Then diagnosed with a different Cancer in 2/14. Back into remission in 2/15. During that time my avg weight was around 415.

Had Vertical Gastric Sleeve surgery in 4/16. Weight at surgery was 411.

Now about 9 months out and I'm at 293. So down about 120 lbs. really want to lose at least another 100 to 125 lbs.

The weight came off pretty easy so far, but I know I'm going to have to work for these next 120 lbs.

So, I've decided to get serious about low carb again. Looking to keep myself accountable so I'm going to try to start reading and posting on the LCF boards!

Look forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new friends as well.

Was wheelchair bound anytime I left the house. The wheelchair is now stored in the garage and I've got a new lease on life.
