I like your exercise routine. I'm having a hard time getting back into working out. I do have a home dumbbell routine; maybe I should start with that. And Dr. Dukan requires a walk every day, I need to at least do that if I don't feel like running.

What times of day do you work out?

Hi Maria,
Sorry for the absence, but I was called away. My walks (6 x 30mins per week)
happen before sunrise . It's too hot and humid here in our summer. My pilates and weights sessions (3 times/week) happen around 9am in a spare room we have here. It has mirrored wardrobe and it's good to see that your movements are spot on (or close).

So I did my 3 days of Attack and have reached a happy 121.2 lbs. I guess I won't need to spend long in cruise. I wasn't at all hungry during those 3 days.
I substituted flaxmeal for the OB as I didn't have any left. It compares very favorably with the OB.

As of today I'll have 2 tabsp OB and 2 tabsp flaxmeal + 1/2 cup water and 100g (3 oz) yoghurt as a porridge for breakfast.

Lunch will be 140g (5oz) canned tuna and 100g celery with a dash of balsamic

Dinner slice of chicken meatloaf (homemade and 3 oz cauliflower)

Snack 100g (3 oz) cottage cheese

As you can see, I'm a very 'no fuss' eater.

How did you fare after Attack? Look forward to chatting again and supporting each other.

By the way, before attack I was 2.2 kg ( 4 lbs) heavier. I will think twice before consuming empty calories again. It takes a lot of effort (exercise and food restriction) to stay in my set goal range....you too?

No joke! I'm not overweight, I just want to lose a few pounds as my own personal goal for race season (run races and triathlons).

I have hypothyroidism.
I am pre-menopausal.
I am a binge eater.

This "eat all you want as long as it is on the allowable foods list" is not working for me. I'm going to continue the diet, but I do better with restrictions. I'm going to go back to a set macronutrient ratio and calorie counting for awhile.

Likewise ...not overweight but need to be in my happy weight range. I'm a keen macro and calorie counter and use Calorie King (better for us Aussies). I want to work up to a low GI/Mediterranean this month and Dukan is a good way to slowly increase carbs.

Another 55.0 kg (121.2 lbs) scale reading this morning.
Gee,I wish I could run. I tried, but it's too 'jarring' for me. A 4mph walk will have to do.
