I just went to the store ready to start Paleo. Well, I bought some plant protein powder and was looking at the ingred. Wow, did I screw up.

This sounds way too complicated to me. LC is much easier. I was looking for something to heal my gut. Lots of issues with that. So I'm lost..

Most Paleo people wouldn't use protein powder at all..
One of the main purposes of Paleo is to eat things with out a label. No grains, no dairy, no soy.
IMO I would buy a book and read it.

Hi there! I am going to start the Whole30 tomorrow! I have been reading a lot about Paleo and have done low carb in the past but wanted a little more structure and something a bit new to kick start me again. So tomorrow is weigh day and then not again until 8/4! It's gonna be a challenge but it's only 30 Days!
