ladies! Foggy morning here, but in a little while dh and I will go on a bit of a road trip, and do a little shopping. But I wll get some exercise in later today, especially on the newly liberated Bowflex!

For Kel's 2 pound loss! That's a Whoosh!

Good going, everyone, getting some kind of exercise in, but, honestly, Gremom, field trips with kids definitely should count as cardio exercise!

If the scales didn't act right, just tell yourself that's because fat melted away while muscle built up. Muscle weighs more, but it ups the metab so we win, anyway!

Keep moving, ladies!

Kelly and Leisha, great going on the exercise! I just finished Treadclimber and Cardioglide, plus working outside on the compost pile. It's HOT out there! Dh even has the ac going inside, and I had a box fan blowing on me while I exercised.

haha I now what you mean. I was sweating like heck this morning. Dang humidity and it isn't even summer yet! We had to turn our a/c on this afternoon. We are spoiled

Today was helping dh -- pack load the truck, put up pop-up camper, unload truck. Sunday opposite in reverse order. Tomorrow's most tiring exercise while be hours of Native American dancing. At least we old ladies get to move slowly!

Great thread... I try and get some kind if exercise everyday, I have only have missed 2 days since Jan 1st...I try and get to the gym and do an aerobic class 3 times a week, weights, and walking , not as much as I would like...

February 71 miles walked...

I record all my exercise and minutes everyday.. it makes me more accountable.

Great job Leisha! And spending time with your son is priceless!

Yesterday was super busy, but I got up and did my Plyo Cardio at 7am. That was the last workout for the first month and this week will be a recovery week with lots of stretching. Looking forward to starting month 2.

Today is a rest day!
